Enabling local residents to understand the location and impact of a large new food retailer's effect on the town's bus station and recreation facilities, this aerial montage is carefully tied in to an image of Newtown taken from a specially commissioned light aircraft. The large roofed building in the centre of the car park shows the new store. Meanwhile the bus station has been re-jigged to accommodate a new bowling green and clubhouse. Developers were Kensington and Edinburgh Estates.
